At Nisarga Vastralaya, we are committed to delivering premium quality ethnic wear. Please read our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligible for Exchange

• Damaged product received.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Wrong colour delivered compared to your confirmed order.
• Product received with manufacturing defects.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• A continuous, clear, unedited video must be recorded while opening the package.
• The shipping label must be clearly visible.
• The package must remain unopened before recording begins.
• The complete product should be visible in the video.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Size issues where the correct size ordered was delivered.
• Slight colour variations due to screen or lighting differences.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only if a replacement product is unavailable.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchange Process

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your Order ID, unboxing video, and clear images of the product.
• Our support team will verify the request.
• Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.

Important Notes

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
• Nisarga Vastralaya reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with this policy.
